EX- CHAOS MAKER KARL
I’ve been called dangerous by co-workers and caused enough chaos for a top-tier organisation (that shall not be mentioned) to last the next 40 years yet despite my behaviour I survived with a career, wife, kids, millions of dollars and sanity still intact.
Hi, I’m 'The Chaos Maker' aka Karl Lorenz and I’ve got an interesting story to tell but legally I can’t so I’ll do the next best thing, provide invaluable real-deal insight about a highly relevant subject for businesses and professionals that I became an unintentional expert in, behaviour and relationships.
I reflect a great deal on mistakes I’ve made and learnings from my unbelievable experience.
I started Building Outstanding People (BOP) to inspire better behaviour and help build better relationships so that businesses and professionals can survive and thrive.
A FEW (OTHER) THINGS ABOUT ME (NOT ALL RELEVANT BUT PERHAPS INTERESTING)
27 years of age I sold my private company to a top-tier competitor for over $1.5 million in earnings today.
2004 I was acqui-hired by a top-tier company.
23 plus years experience in a tier-one company in various roles starting from coalface leading up to management.
1997 I became a licensed building contractor after achieving 'Best pass' in final ‘Advanced Building Supervision’ exams.
30 + years I’ve consistently lifted up and put down heavy things.
$1.4 million is the project value of the latest bespoke home my home building company built.
2000 was the year I met my yet-to-be wife Elin. We have two kids together, a boy age 12, and a girl age 10.
